The accommodation has been organized in the hotel Villa del Mare where the Symposium will be held.

All participants are required to arrange their accomodation with the hotel. Please reserve your accommodation by sending an email or by calling the hotel. Please specify your name, check in and check out date, number of rooms and people (reservation code SEBD2011).

Due to the tourism season in the Symposium period, you are asked to complete your reservation by the deadline of May 26, 2011.

NOTE: due to the high number of registrations, there is limited number of rooms left. Participants are encouraged to reserve their rooms asap. In case of room shortage, participants will be referred to other hotels close to Villa del Mare.

• Cellphone Reception - In Acquafredda, cellular signal stengths vary significantly across carriers; following are a few tips in the whereabouts of Hotel Villa del Mare:

• Packet Lunch - There is a daily lunch break in the conference program from 1pm to 3pm; participants willing to spend the break time outdoor may ask the hotel staff to fix a packet lunch
• Shuttle Service - Hotel Villa del Mare offers a free shuttle service on the arrival and departure day to and from the train station. There are two train stations close to the Hotel location: Sapri and Maratea. We suggest that participants stop at the Sapri station, which is the larger one, and also the one closer to the hotel.
• Food Intolerances - All participants with food intolerances and/or food preferences are encouraged to inform the hotel staff at the time of their reservation.
